I just want to sit here in the dark, in the silence, before the world starts beeping at me. Avoiding all the sharks, and the tridents, so I can keep sleeping easy. I have no idea what I'm doing, but I can express that sentiment in seven languages, after eating breadless sandwiches. No tengo ninguna idea de lo que estoy haciendo. Non ho idea di quello che sto facendo. Não faço ideia do que estou fazendo. Je n'ai aucune idée de ce que je fais. Ich habe keine Ahnung was ich tue. Nani o shite iru ka ga jibun mo wakaranai. Ruthlessly inefficient, but effective nonetheless, to help recover from the stress of doubling my output to make up for a 50% drop in my income. Send some help, but not so much that you hurt yourself.

Just a little longer, to come back stronger, through these injuries. I'd love to see you when you're free, so I'll try to manufacture time, since I fractured mine. It'll be our time machine, built on dreams. All the failures leading us to where we need to be, which is right here and now, as I'm clearing out the dust and the cobwebs, and the bugs with their odd beds. Exploring the attic, looking for long lost memories, but do I really see what I think I see, as I have something in my eyes? I close them for clarity, and hope that it's sparing me. I remember, but it's still unclear, faded from years, and changing perspectives, thinking about your next wish. It's not a command, so I won't be prompt. You never demand, and you've never stomped, at least not in my presence, and our viewpoint is the essence, of our reality. There are truths we cannot see, but I can feel something that I cannot explain, so I'll refrain, and just wait right here, until it becomes clear, or until it goes away. I just need a little bit longer today.

I keep thinking that if I keep trying, I will succeed. Even if I fail, that's how I have to be, so I choose these views through hues that some would call rose colored, and those others who only see the glint and have to squint to block out the light might be right. Maybe everything I've ever thought was wrong, using a 2 plug socket but I have 3 prongs. But that would just mean that the energy isn't external, and it certainly isn't eternal, but I need a little longer to accomplish my dreams, and really be seen. There's so much more that I need to experience, and it's clear that since I haven't done so yet, I just need to get a little more time in my day, or a few more days in the month of May. You know, just the impossible when you think about it. There are things I've doubted, and will continue to doubt, whether it's a shout, or a whisper, a bang or a whimper. But it's simpler. I just need a little more time. I'm the same age now as my mom was when she passed. It's amazing how long just a moment will last, and how short a lifetime is. We're timeless.

but after his friend insisted, Gary did indeed kick a 30 second rap.
